This is a beautiful easy on the eye depictions of early Californian it appears. Adobe, red brick roofs, rolling hills and plenty out buildings.

I didn't want to open up the super frame job well sealed with modern day version, cardboard, butcher paper, wound wire hanger.
Painting appears to have been completed on canvas panel. The signature is there C Robinson And if a date exist it's not clear due to matting.
Measures: 29 1/2 w X 13 3/4" h Framed Outside. Gold antiquing for frame with double matting.
