I originally bought this for the library area and was going to electrify it but it is too big for where I wanted to use it. It's a great looking single for the right area! I don't think it's terribly old but it previously lived outside on a covered porch which is where the aging came from and I personally like the aged look, versus trying to polish I continued to give it a little more faux age and now I love it.
