The body is crafted from translucent blue glass, with shades ranging from a deeper turquoise to a lighter blue. The surface is delicately embossed and decorated with a naturalistic strawberry motif, including leaves, stems, and small reddish-orange berries, typical of the organic language of the Art Nouveau period. The pitcher features Portuguese silver details, with a widened trumpet-shaped upper rim and an elegant silver base supported by three figure-eight feet. The bottom features the engraving “Daum + Nancy”. A charming and unusual collector's piece, notable for its combination of French Art Nouveau glasswork with Portuguese silver craftsmanship.
