This large oil painting on canvas is inspired, stroke for stroke, by the beautiful painting "Still Life" by the Croatian painter Tugomir Huberger, and conveys something very gentle despite the vigor of its style. A Cubist composition in the spirit of the still lifes of Picasso and Braque. Period frame, covered in natural linen. Some traces of dampness, simply attesting to the passage of time. Mark or signature in the lower right corner, illegible.
