A striking vintage expandable dining table by Design Institute of America featuring polished chrome construction, mirrored glass inserts, and an ultra-clean architectural profile. This piece absolutely nails that late 1970s / early 1980s high-end modern aesthetic — sitting at the intersection of Milo Baughman, Hollywood Regency, and space-age executive chic.
The table expands with integrated mirrored insert leaves, transforming from a compact square dining setup into a long rectangular entertaining table. The chrome frame has an incredible minimalist presence and reflects light beautifully from every angle.

CONDITION:
Vintage condition consistent with age and use. Chrome shows some wear, oxidation spotting, and patina in areas consistent with vintage chrome furniture (please see photos). Presents extremely well overall and retains fantastic visual impact.
