This striking piece is a classic Art Deco vanity/dressing table lamp and plateau set, likely dating from the late 1920s to the 1930s. It combines functional lighting, a grooming mirror, and integrated vanity storage into a singular, highly decorative presentation.
The flanking lamps feature cast metal (frequently spelter or pot metal with a bronze/brass plating or "patina" finish) sculpted into stylized, kneeling Art Deco flapper figures or nymphs. Their sleek geometry, bobbed hairstyles, and beaded necklaces are quintessential indicators of the 1920s-1930s aesthetic.
The base and shades are hand carved pink Alabaster with black veining.
Vanity sets like this are frequently split up over time (or the mirror is lost). Having the original mirror, both figures, and the stone base intact is extremely rare.
