It's fitted with three drawers to … Read more A long, low sideboard with plenty of presence and genuinely useful storage to match. It's fitted with three drawers to the left, each with a sculpted handle and dovetailed construction, including a partitioned top drawer freshly relined for cutlery. To the centre, a pair of doors with a single sculpted handle opens onto an internal shelf, while the right-hand drop-front cupboard reveals a fitted interior with a shelf and brass stays. The whole piece sits on tapered legs with a shaped cross-stretcher base, and is finished throughout in teak veneer with solid wood used for handles, edge mouldings, and drawer construction.

The sideboard is consistent with Jentique production from the 1960s, a maker known for solid construction and clean Scandinavian-influenced lines. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
