Vintage Spanish ceramic candle sconce by La Menora of Talavera de la Reina, Spain. Modeled as a vertically divided jug, the piece is hand-painted with a large stylized floral motif in ochre and green, accented by traditional blue, yellow, and dark decorative banding.
Marked on the underside “La Menora Talavera España 34D.”
The glazed ceramic form features raised dotted edging and a projecting candle cup at the base. Designed for wall display, it can also be displayed decoratively on a shelf.
