An exquisite console of a full-bodied, sculptural form with a cohesive design of draping twisted ropes punctuated by tassels. The white marble has large, soft swirls of gray and tan veining and is fitted within the base and is removable. The gilt displays fading and an aged patina to the finish lending it a warm character with softened grandeur.
