A vintage finely painted picture of the Madonna on porcelain. Painting in the style of “The Assumption of the Virgin” by Bartolome Esteban Murillo, 1610. Porcelain is oval shaped and encased in gold metal with a hanger on top. The medallion is in a recessed green velvet easel frame. Fame measures 6 ½” high by 5” wide and medallion 4 ¼” high and 3 ½” wide.
No artist signature noted. Dates to early 1900. Very good condition, no damage; see photos.
