The palm tree is mounted on a rough piece of limestone. The work is signed ‘D’Haeseleer D’ on one of the leaves; remarkably, the original label from the D’Haeseleer studio is still intact!

About the artist: Daniel D’Haeseleer is a Belgian artist who primarily creates artworks from brass and copper. D’Haeseleer is best known for his palm trees, but he also produces various other works such as vehicles, animals, and very special and artistic wall lighting.
