This object originates from Thailand, first half of the 20th century.

Dhyana Mudra is the meditation gesture. In this gesture, both hands are folded together in the lap, with the right hand on top and the palms and soles facing upwards. with this, the Buddha symbolizes the gesture of inner meditation and tranquility.
