Shaped like a slender carafe, it impresses with its extraordinary silhouette and fiery interplay of colors. The design is absolutely masterful: the lower section is convex and rounded. from there, a luminous, orange flame pattern extends upwards over the slender body. A delicate spout of brilliant white opal glass provides a beautiful, elegant contrast. The flowing form is completed by a transparent handle, which lends the object a wonderful lightness. An absolute highlight for collectors: the vase still bears the original manufacturer's sticker. This label identifies it as mouth-blown art glass, produced in the renowned glassmaking region of Empoli, Italy. The "AV" mark on the label is attributed to Vetreria Artigiana Sanminiatello (V.A.S.). This piece is therefore a genuine original from Tuscany – Italian, but deliberately not Murano glass, as it originates from the historically significant region of Empoli, which is world-renowned for its innovative colored glass.
