Vintage English oil on board painting of mushrooms, c.1950’s
Depicting a group of mushrooms with bright burnt orange caps and white undersides and stems. Painted in an impasto style where the paint is applied in thick brush strokes that are visible on the surface. Indistinctly signed lower right. Framed in a burl maple frame with hanging wire on rear. Good overall condition with age wear to frame.
