A napoleon iii period garment rack, second half of the 19th century, made of dark mahogany-stained wood and woven cane.
the vertical structure consists of two uprights connected by a central arch adorned with a carved oval medallion. The upper section features two parallel horizontal bars with turned ends, designed for hanging garments. The intersections of the crossbars are highlighted with carved rosettes. The central section holds a woven cane shelf (33 cm wide), in good overall condition, intended for folded clothing or accessories.
