This small early painting is executed with oil paint on a copper panel. The painting features a detailed interior scene with several prestigious people mingling with tavern girls while seated at a well adorned table, probably wealthy travelers with the girls representing sins and lust. The painting is unsigned but is probably 16th/17th century Dutch, or possibly Spanish. The frame is absolutely awful and if it was replaced with a bright gold frame might brighten the whole picture.

Condition: Some signs of overpainting where paint has flaked off the copper panel.
