For your consideration, this stunning dining room set presents a blend of Spanish Revival and Jacobean styles with ornate hand carved apron and legs, ornate marquetry, and walnut, burl wood and satinwood accents. A rare find to have the large table that can extent to over 8'. The table includes three 11" leaves. Manufactured by Johnson Handley Johnson , Grand Rapids, Michigan, this furniture represented the highest in quality in its era.
The entire set is in its original condition with the exception of the reupholstered chairs. Buyer may elect to reupholster the chairs to match their decor or simply create a better color relationship between the tones of the wood and the fabric.

The lower hand carved legs are without significant dings or scratches that are common with a piece of this age. The chairs have been reupholstered and the buyer may elect to have them done again with a fabric that compliments their decor. There is some question as to the match of the captains chair and the remaining five chairs, but this set came from an old estate and is believed to be original. less
