It is signed at the lower right corner by the artist. The canvas size is 25 x 30 inches, framed size is 35.75 x 40.65 inches. It is in very good condition, especially considering the age of the painting.

About the artist.
Earl Graham Douglas was a Painter and sculptor born in Terre Haute, IN on Feb. 5, 1879.
Years after arriving in Los Angeles in 1887, Douglas settled into a studio-home in Pasadena, he gained recognition for his colorful landscape and seascape of California. His long career as a plein air artist lasted for more than 50 years until his death on July 11, 1954. He has numerous show in the Los Angeles area and California.
He was a Member of Painters and Sculptors of LA, Calif. Art Club and the LA Art League. The work of Earl Graham Douglas is held in numerous private collections in California and nationwide. See less
