This is a charming antique English Staffordshire “spaghetti” (confetti) poodle figure dating to the turn of the 20th century, circa 1890-1920. This delightful piece features a white poodle with a richly textured coat created from hand-applied ceramic “spaghetti” detailing, giving it a beautifully fluffy appearance.
The poodle stands atop a colorful pedestal base with soft pink and green tones, raised on a classic four-footed plinth and further hand-painted details. The underside is stamped “ENGLAND,” indicating production for export in the late Victorian to early Edwardian period.
