A pair of small hardwood rectangular low tables with a deep apron, sturdy straight legs and hoof feet. The tops are inlaid with lacquered antique Japanese leather horse saddles decorated with a bold gilt dragon on a dark olive background with red accents and a pair of star-shaped inlaid mounts at the upper corners. A handsome marriage of antique lacquerwork with hardwood cabinetry. No maker’s mark.
