Magnificent and authentic Milagro cross by the late Mexican artisan Estela Ogazón (1966-2009). Known for her dense, heavy, and finely detailed religious folk art, Ogazón's pieces are highly sought after by collectors worldwide. This cross has a white-painted wooden base (rare!) adorned with rich brass/metal ex-voto charms (milagros).
Incised signature on the back: "Estela Ogazón, Mex."
Good condition.
