The piece features a slender, graceful silhouette, composed of a flared goblet-shaped body that seamlessly transitions into a narrow stem resting on a circular disc base.
The surface is richly decorated in cameo using a precise acid-etching technique. The naturalistic motif unfolds around the body of the vase with an intricate network of maple leaves and branches, creating a striking sense of depth, movement, and three-dimensionality.
The color palette features the warm, autumnal tones characteristic of Gallé's iconic creations: the detailed foliage and the solid base are rendered in a deep, rich burgundy brown, standing out in sharp contrast against the satin, opalescent background, which beautifully gradients from amber to warm orange-yellow.

The piece bears the authentic "Gallé" signature in raised cameo on the side of the body, elegantly integrated into the botanical design.
