The surface is adorned with the traditional Japanese seigaiha ("blue ocean wave") pattern, a centuries-old motif symbolizing peace, tranquility, and the enduring rhythms of nature. Elegant white cranes emerge from the waves, their elongated turquoise beaks and finely detailed plumage creating a striking contrast against the vibrant cobalt background. A gilt rim adds a refined finishing touch.
