This evocative watercolor is by California watercolor artist Ralph Ledesma. The watercolor is in very good condition. The frame is a dark wood that has some dings but is still sound and attractive. Born in Kekaha, Hawaii on May 18, 1910. Ledesma settled in Redwood City, CA about 1920. For 35 years he taught art at Sequoia High School and in 1963 founded the Sequoia Art Group. See less
