Originally intended for communal dining, village gatherings, outdoor celebrations, and seasonal meals in the French countryside.

The table features a solid pine plank top with a well-developed patina and natural wear acquired over time. The folding base is constructed from chestnut wood and consists of three folding supports secured with original iron braces, allowing the table to be dismantled for transport and storage.

The set includes two long benches, each with its own character and material composition: one bench is crafted from poplar wood, while the other is made from pine wood and retains a warm oxblood-red finish, showing wear and patina consistent with age and use.
