This is an antique chamber pot cupboard from England.
I believe it is oak & it is on castors.
Single metal latch for the cupboard.
Small book/notes holder on the door inside.
The top lifts up, hinged.
The ring area is 10.5", outside area where a bowl lip would sit, & 9.25" inside.
The green cushioned top does show wear.
Not sure how to remove it to clean/replace.
