Pair of fantastic antique, three piece, heavily carved teak columns with a round wood base and square capital. Posts are 7.5" in diameter and the faceted base is 12" square. Originating from an old Indian Haveli, the solid teak columns are decorated in traditional Rajasthani flora & fauna and geometric carvings. The light green paint is distressed and worn in places especially on the carved highpoints, exposing undercoats of white and beige. The patina is exceptional, enhanced with what looks to be a satin wax finish..
