A dazzling Viennese Biedermeier silver and glass tray. The glass tray is executed in opaque white overlay glass with vibrant ruby-red interiors and cut-through ruby "window" decoration. Delicate hand-painted floral garlands and gilded accents adorn the exterior, while the scalloped rim is highlighted with rich gold decoration.
There is a hallmark on the base of the handle and I believe it is 800 silver based on similar pieces.
