A lovely impressionist garden scene on canvas by midwestern artist, Betty Johnston. The painting features a woman in late 19thC dress gathering flowers in a expansive walled garden. A beautiful, serene addition to any art collection. Generously proportioned at 30"W x 24"H on stretched canvas and ready to pair with a frame of your choosing (not included). Undated but believed to be from the 1970s or 1980s. This piece is one of many we acquired from the artist's estate; all are being listed in our Chez Vous Antiques storefront on Chairish, check back often for new additions.
