Crafted in the early 20th century, the chairs feature shaped trapezoidal backs, carved floral corner blocks, fluted tapered legs, and their original painted finish. The frames retain a beautifully aged cream-painted surface with patina, characterful distressing, and wear consistent with age and use. The chairs have been structurally restored for stability while preserving their original character. Newly upholstered in a textured dusty blue performance chenille by Kravet. The upholstery features single piping around the back panels and welt-band trim around the seats, complementing the refined Louis XVI silhouette. Solid, stable, and ready for everyday use.
