A vintage object depicting a traditional “scopetta spazzaguai” (good-luck broom) with a decorative butcher’s broom element, handcrafted in Italy between the 1980s and 1990s in authentic continental silver.
The composition combines the small symbolic broom—traditionally used in Italy to ward off bad luck—with a branch of butcher’s broom featuring three red enameled berries. Together, they create a decorative object rich in meaning, also ideal as a wish for protection and prosperity.
This type of object is often associated with the Christmas season but retains strong symbolic value throughout the year.
