The front design features a vibrant toucan positioned at the center of the scene, painted with rich shades of deep blue on the wings and tail, white highlights on the body, and yellow, red, and green details on the beak and head. The animal is immersed in a naturalistic motif of green branches and leaves that extends harmoniously from the central circle toward the rim of the plate.

The entire composition is framed by a double geometric border in shades of green and gold, echoing the colors of the vegetation. The brand name HERMÈS is elegantly inserted in lowercase letters along one of the gold inner profiles. The back of the plate certifies French craftsmanship with the words 'décor original créé dans nos ateliers' accompanied by the house's historic carriage logo.
