Absolutely awesome find! These Mid Century ottomans are usually damaged. This one is not, it has been lightly used and cared for. There is no maker’s mark.
Naugahyde is vinyl bound on cloth that is faux leather. It is very durable. It can hold up better than leather and does not need anything but cleaning with water.
The color is a harvest gold.

- There are no tears in the Naugahyde and no ripped seams on the body of the hassock. There is a … moreThere are no tears in the Naugahyde and no ripped seams on the body of the hassock. There is a mild greenish line,as seen in the photographs, midway on the base, probably due to rubbing on a chair or during manufacture. It is not even noticeable when on the floor. There is no odor. It is very clean and pristine. The only imperfections are on the underside (bottom) that have wear from mild use that neither detract from its beauty or integrity. (Refer to photographs.) less
