This is a classic bright red metal MCM gooseneck floor lamp attributed to Alsy Manufacturing, Inc.
We took this lamp to Tipler's Lamp Shop in Austin, TX and had all the electrical and wiring components replaced to ensure safety and perfect working condition. The new black cord is 10 feet long. The width or diameter of the lamp is 11 inches and the height is 49 inches when the lamp is bent 90 degrees and 59 inches when fully upright/straight.

There is wear and tear to the red paint with significant scuffs/scratches on the base and fewer scuffs on the column and the head/shade. There is no indentations or bends in the metal, all the age appropriate wear and tear is to the paint. This lamp wears the scratches and scuffs well and makes us love this lamp even more!
