Surface shows scattered light rust bloom beneath and through the paint in several spots (visible in photos), most notably along the lower edge and crest detail — typical for cast iron pieces of this age and not structurally concerning. Original mirror glass intact, held with its original screw fittings; some oxidation/silvering loss visible at the glass edges (shown in photos). Paint shows minor wear and a few small chips at high-relief points consistent with age and handling. No cracks or breaks to the casting itself. A well-preserved example overall, with character that suits its vintage charm. less
