This is an awesome, breathtaking work of rustic art wood with minimal paint. The old wooden slats and frame have marks from being recycled and repurposed. The geese and moon are so graciously detailed and aligned to a tee on each vertical slat.
This is signed: “CRP ‘89”. On the back is inscribed: “The lathe used was salvaged during restoration of a Victorian home, located in Crumpton, MD…(signature)”.
