This sculptural mirror features four deeply curved reflective forms set within chrome frame, creating a dynamic interplay of light, reflection, and geometric design.

Bienenfeld's Mirror Graphics series combined graphic art, sculpture, and mirror design into three-dimensional compositions that transformed with their surroundings. The specially formed curved mirrors were created through a complex manufacturing process in which glass was shaped while preserving its optical clarity, polished by hand, and finished with a lustrous chromium coating. The resulting reflective surfaces create constantly changing visual effects that shift throughout the day as lighting conditions evolve.

Both decorative object and functional mirror, this example embodies the Op Art and Space Age aesthetic of the late Mid-Century period. The reverse retains the original Hal Bienenfeld studio stamp.
