Fantastic and very rare set consisting of an XL pineapple lamp with a matching round pineapple table, made of brass, … Read more Fantastic and very rare set consisting of an XL pineapple lamp with a matching round pineapple table, made of brass, glass, and black granite, designed by the Canadian company Loevsky & Loevsky and distributed in Europe by the top Belgian brand Deknudt, in the Hollywood Regency style of the 1970s.

These pineapple lamps appear on the market more frequently; the matching table is very rare and very difficult to find. Far fewer were made than the lamps, and due to the fragile material, many tables have likely been broken or lost.

Belgian house Deknudt, specializing in mirrors and lighting, founded in 1946, is known for its top quality and elegant, timeless design.

The pineapple lamp still features its original extra-large lampshade made of black fabric, entirely gold-colored on the inside, creating a very luxurious ambient light. The table has a base made of black granite and a round glass tabletop; the ensemble exudes luxury and quality and will undoubtedly be an eye-catcher and statement piece in your interior! Both objects are in excellent vintage condition; the brass has a characterful discoloration over the years, the lampshade has minimal signs of use, the base of the table has a few small chips along the bottom edge and some superficial scratches on the glass, but this set still looks fantastic.
