Beautiful mid-20th century French Country / Shabby Chic single-door vitrine. This charming display cabinet features a 12-pane glazed door, perfect for showcasing fine china, vintage books, or curiosities.
The lower part of the door features a classic French "chapeau de gendarme" molded panel. The cabinet stands on elegant, slightly curved cabriole legs at the front with a beautifully scalloped apron. Its distressed, artisanal greige/light taupe painted finish gives it a unique, timeless patina that blends beautifully with modern, bohemian, or rustic chic interiors.
Very good vintage condition. Light wear, minor paint chips, and rubbing consistent with age and use, adding to its authentic rustic character. Solid and stable structure. Adjustable interior shelves. Original key not included (door latches smoothly).
