This is a really nice vintage Deakin & Francis, English sterling silver, engine turned, napkin ring. It is not monogrammed, but does have a crude shallow scratched 'R' were the monogram would be engraved.
The piece has the maker's mark D&F. The assay crown mark indicates Birmingham, and the uppercase gothic 'V' mark dates the piece to 1945.
It is in very good vintage condition, with no damage other than the scratching to the monogram square and minor patina.
