Standing at 45.5 inches tall, the mirror echoes the neoclassical revival style that swept Italian decorative arts in the 1940s–1960s—where classical motifs and traditional metalworking found new, modern expression. The frame is constructed entirely from brass, aged to a warm patina. Two slender, column-like uprights rise along the sides, turned with subtle neoclassical detailing and accented by floral rosettes at the corners. A deep, projecting cornice crowns the piece, lending it the presence of an architectural fragment. Set with a beveled mirror plate, the brass surface carries the irregularities of hand-worked metal: softened edges, tonal shifts, and delicate markings.
