Now in his eighties, the artist chooses to remain unnamedpreferring that the work speak in silence. Over the decades, he carved only for himself. For the ritual. For the stillness. For the shape of feeling. Each piece is hand-carved from pierre de Castries, a soft limestone native to southern France. The surface is raw and tactile, revealing both time and touch. The figuresstylized, upright, and elementalecho the human body the artist spent his life healing. Only 15 sculptures are available through our showroom. Each is one-of-a-kind. Styling Notes These sculptural forms ground a space with warmth and quiet energy.
