The crest unfolds in a gentle arch with twin peaks, its profile softened by hand-tooled curves and a delicate scalloped trim running along the inner edge. The original glass shows foxing throughout, lending a silvery haze that deepens its age and character. With its balanced proportions, the piece styles effortlessly above a console or fireplace. Condition: Very good antique condition. Scattered foxing and patina to the mirror plate. Minor surface marks and small losses to the wood frame, stable and structurally sound.
