She is in … Read more This is a beautiful and rare Antique Chinese Natural Rainbow Fluorite Carved Lady Figure with Custom Stand. She is in excellent condition for her age. She was carved circa 1870 as shown by the style of her custom stand. She does have light damage / chips, repairs (see black light photos) and fissures as is natural for this stone, but she is still an amazing piece. She weighs apx 8.4lb without the stand and is 16" tall x 5" wide x 3" displayed on her stand. In the Chinese tradition, Rainbow Fluorite was revered as a protector against evil spirits. Its clusters, so awe-inspiring, were believed to be literal ‘dream makers.’ See less
