Beautiful vintage murano hand blown red, white bubbles and gold flecks Italian art glass ashtray bowl. Documented to designer to Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d' Arte. The piece is done in the "Pulegoso" technique. Has generous dusting of gold leaf inside. There are 2 indents on the rim to place a cigarette. Would make a great display piece on any desk or vanity. Use it as a catchall, candy or jewelry dish. Art Deco, Mid-century era. Measures: 5" across.
