This is a lovely antique etching by Pierre Auguste Renoir of Berthe Morisot. It is framed and matted with a charcoal grey matting and had glare-free glass which makes seeing this delicate piece much easier. The paper is a bit wavy behind the glass, and is an oat-colored paper. I don’t see foxing or staining, and have. Or opened the frame. The label on the back is from London Grafica Arts and spells out the details of the artwork. This is a very cool drawing that would look wonderful tucked on a bookshelf or nestled into a cozy library or bedside space. It is fine enough that it should be viewed from up-close, so it would be fun to put it in a prominent place!
