This set of six 20th century hoopback Windsors, two armchairs and four sides, carries that tradition forward with real authority, built in the same disciplined manner as the earlier forms that defined the style.

Each chair is constructed in the classical way: a single bentwood hoop forming the back, turned spindles rising in precise rhythm, and a thick saddle seat carved from one solid plank of wood. The legs are turned and driven through the seat, locking into H-form stretchers below. The engineering is not hidden but celebrated, every joint and transition part of the visual language.
