Heavy-duty locker room or factory … Read more Rare and massive, authentic 10-foot antique industrial bench, by Hallowell Engineering (Standard Pressed Steel Co.). Heavy-duty locker room or factory bench with a a thick, solid maple butcher block top full of natural distressing and time-worn character. Top is supported by three beautiful, rugged "HE" branded cast iron stanchion bases connected by a solid wood under-stretcher beam. Measuring a full 120 inches long, this piece would be perfect for a dramatic entry hall, a spacious mudroom, or used as conversational seating.

Measures 120" long, 14" high. Base measures 96" from brace to brace.

Excellent antique condition. Structurally robust with heavy legs and a solid wood frame. Maple butcher block top shows heavy patina with plenty of honest scratches, character marks, and wear from decades of authentic use. could use a simple oiling if desired. Wood spacer cups on the feet in good shape and give it great stability.
