The glass consists of a mirrored top held by a circular gilded metal structure that supports three small ampoules with handles and stoppers, three decanters, and 12 liqueur glasses arranged in two tiers. At the top is a small flower vase, perfect for use as a centerpiece. Each glass is decorated with a ruby-colored background and enameled with ivory and gold scrolls of racemes and foliage.

The rim of the base and mouth of each glass and ampoule is trimmed in gold.
