Artist Bernard Dufour (signed as "DUFOUR PARIS" in the lower-right corner). While Dufour is well-known for his later post-war abstract paintings, portraits, and expressive human figures, he also produced a series of highly textured, charm-filled mid-century Parisian and Mediterranean street scenes.
